Pup Chef strives to provide dog's and their owners with the best possible quality of product and service. It is important to note the following:

​All Pup Chef products have been developed and created only for canine consumption. Pup Chef meals are cooked and frozen and may only be refrozen once after thawing. Please adhere to the storage and feeding instructions. Pup Chef is not liable for loss or perish of product. Serving suggestions & ingredients are only daily guidelines, please consult your vet if you are unsure of dog's dietary requirements or allergies. Portion sizes, ingredients & ratios may vary. There is a minimum order of 5 single meal. Monthly meal kits contain 30 meals. Meal kits cannot be split into separate/multiple deliveries.

Pup Chef is under no obligation to share product recipes or methods with patrons or members of the public. 

​Pup Chef only delivers on weekdays (excluding public holidays) during working hours. Please allow for 2-4 days to receive your order. In the unlikely event of a delay in delivery, Pup Chef will notify the purchaser and reschedule a new delivery date and time. If the supplied delivery address is incorrect, Pup Chef will not be held liable for loss of order or delayed delivery. Pup Chef will endeavor to keep to an accurate date & time-slot that is convenient and agreed upon by the purchaser, however, changes or failure to collect delivery (without 24 hour notice) will result in the purchaser paying a 're-delivery fee'. Delivery fees are dependent on area & delivery routes. Please note that we only supply to areas in Johannesburg and Pretoria, South Africa. We are not , yet, able to deliver to other parts of South Africa.  All personally identifiable information is subject to restricted access in an effort to prevent unauthorized access, modification or misuse. Pup Chef is permitted to contact patrons via phone, email, sms, WhatsApp messenger and/or social media platforms, to confirm order and delivery details with the purchaser and for invoicing purposes.

​Pricing of all products and delivery fees are subject to change at any notice. Payments are due in full before products can be delivered. We regret that we have a strict non-refundable and no exchange policy on all Pup Chef meals. 

Use of profanity, verbal threats and abusive language will not be tolerated and any such behavior will result in your order being canceled, via any means of communication. Pup Chef will not be held liable for injury, loss, illness or death.

Deliveries in Gauteng: 2-4 working days.

Shipping out of Gauteng: 2-3 working days.

Please note: 

Orders out of the Gauteng province can only be shipped on Mondays.

Shipping takes 2-3 working days. In the event of a Public Holiday orders will be shipped on a Tuesday.

Cooler boxes and dry ice are used (only for areas out of Gauteng) to ensure that meals do not perish.

Meals can be frozen once after defrosting. It is not advised to refreeze a meal twice.
